A project begins only when the parties sign a separate written agreement or otherwise complete the formal acceptance process stated in an Ersaa Building quotation or contract.

The project-specific agreement, approved drawings, scope, price, programme, variation process, warranty, and payment terms govern the work and take priority over these website terms.
